The West Kowloon Cultural District Authority re-appointed all the 21 current members to its Consultation Panel for a period of one year from March 1, 2012 to February 28, 2013. Professor Stephen Cheung Yan-leung is reappointed as Chairman of the Consultation Panel. Mr Stephen Lam, Board Chairman of the WKCDA, said."I would like to thank Members who come from a wide array of professions for their significant contributions to the WKCDA. With the conclusion of the public engagement exercises related to the conceptual plan, we look forward to working with the members to define their role and function in the next phase of the development of the cultural district."
